Thank you for shopping at Novus Edge. We are committed to delivering your desktop organizational solutions safely and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates for orders shipped within the United States.
1. Order Processing Time

Processing vs. Shipping: Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

High Volume: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Novus Edge exclusively ships to addresses within the United States (including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii).

PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via standard shipping methods, but please allow additional transit time for these specific locations.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable global and domestic carriers to ensure your items arrive safely.

Standard US Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier network disruptions, or customs clearance processes. Novus Edge is not liable for delays beyond our control once the package is in the carrier's possession.
4. Secure Packaging for Acrylic Products
We understand that desktop organizers, especially our premium acrylic and fluted polymer models, require extra care. All our items are securely packaged with reinforced shock-absorbent materials to prevent cracking or scratching during transit.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Corrections: If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@novusedge.store. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to update the details.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your organizer arrives damaged (e.g., cracked acrylic or broken components), please refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@novusedge.store with clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

Lost or Stolen: Novus Edge is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
