Thank you for choosing Novus Edge for your desktop organizational solutions. We take pride in the quality and functionality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Because we understand that sometimes an item doesn’t fit your workspace as expected, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure a transparent and compliant experience. This policy applies to purchases made directly on www.novusedge.store .

1. Thirty (30) Day Return Window

You have thirty (30) days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your desktop organizational product must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition. It must be free of any modifications, severe scratches, permanent markings, or other damage preventing its resale as new. For modular systems, all shelving, drawers, and assembly hardware (screws, pins) must be present.

  • Packaging: The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Complete: The product must include all original assembly components, instructions, hardware, and any bundled accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" (as disclosed at the time of purchase)

  • Items that have been permanently modified or assembled in a way that prevents disassembly and resale.

3. Proof of Purchase

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which must include your original Order Number. Please retain your purchase confirmation email.

4. Return Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@novusedge.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: If your return is eligible, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a physical return address.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components and hardware are included.

  4. Label Your Package: Clearly mark the outside of the return package with your RMA number.

  5. Ship Your Item: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your non-defective item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged (including missing essential assembly hardware). We are committed to compliance and customer satisfaction.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect—for example, missing assembly parts, a warped shelf preventing level function, cracked clear acrylic, or an organizer with dimensions differing from the product description—please contact us immediately within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at support@novusedge.store.

To process this claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect component.

  • Clear photographs of the original shipping box if it also appears damaged.

For approved defect/damage claims, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label, or arrange for a standard replacement, exchange, or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our compliance team (typically within 3–5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within ten to fourteen (10-14) business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Standard original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or fulfillment error (as outlined in Section 5).

7. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (at the store's discretion):

  • Any desktop organizer not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items that have functional defects or arrive damaged (e.g., missing essential assembly screws). If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color (for an identical product model, if applicable), please email us at support@novusedge.store. Standard exchange return policies (Section 4 regarding standard return shipping costs) will apply for exchange reasons other than defects or damages.

9. Gifts

  • If Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If Not Marked as a Gift: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will manage the refund notification.

10. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received your approved refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

  4. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@novusedge.store.

11. Policy Changes

Novus Edge reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
